Terms and Conditions : Win Your Dream Bathroom in prizes up to the Value of R500 000 by DADOquartz and BAGNODESIGN

These terms and conditions apply to the Win Your Dream Bathroom Competition, in prizes up to the Value of R500 000 by DADOquartz and BAGNODESIGN.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully and by participating in this Competition, all participants irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be solely interpreted by the organisers of the Win Your Dream Bathroom Competition with prizes up to the Value of R500 000 by DADOquartz and BAGNODESIGN.

The promoter reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify a participant who does not comply with any of the terms and conditions of the competition according to the promoter.

1. The competition starts at 00h00 on 01 June 2021 and ends at 12h00 on 31 August 2021.
2. The competition is open to everyone, except the following individuals –
   • A director, member, partner, employee, or agent of, or consultant to, the promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter, as well as a supplier of goods or services relating to the competition, or
   • A spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate of a person referred to in paragraph (a)
3. Entrants must comply with the following:
   • Be a citizen or permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa and over the age of 18 years.
   • There should be a bathroom structure already in place, with 4 connected walls, floors, ceiling, and plumbing that is operational and connected to the main sewage line supplied by the local municipality or estate. Should the renovation of the home still be underway, the structure is required to be completed as well as the installation within 6 months.
   • The property with the chosen bathroom should have the following documentation:
     • Title deed
     • No Legal disputes regarding ownership
     • Certificate of compliance and valid occupation documentation
     • Have written consent of the owner to conduct a bathroom renovation.
   • The minimum square meter of the bathroom to qualify as an entrant is 4m². It is for desired products to fit into the bathroom.
   • The picture of the bathroom that you enter with is the bathroom that the entrant stands a chance of winning.
   • Agree for DADOquartz and the promoter to publish the renovated area with before and after photos as well as videos of the renovation without revealing the location or address of the winner.
   • Agree to an online video interview which will be broadcasted on the DADOquartz website and social media platforms.
   • In the case that the winner is a tenant of the property where the bathroom submitted is rented, the entrant should get the prior written consent of the landlord on their own accord.   If the entrant requests to renovate their family home (parents’, grandparents’, relatives’, or friend’s) bathroom, get written permission from the homeowner on their own accord.
   • Individuals entering their holiday home must be available at a specified time as we all as for the duration of the renovation, which must be completed within 3 months after winning and accepting the prize.
   • Individuals wanting to renovate a bathroom of a property they are renting out should arrange with the tenant on their own accord should the homeowner win.
   • The winner must complete the renovation of the bathroom within three months (3 months) after the announcement date.
   • Destinkt Bathroom Solutions will only be responsible for the second fixes of the winner’s bathroom.  The winner will be responsible for all first fixes, tiling, and plumbing of first fixes.
4. The competition is run by Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions Pty (Ltd) as the official South African Distributor of DADOquartz and BAGNODESIGN.
5. Entrants stand to win:
   • One (1) x DADOquartz bathtub.
   • Two (2) x DADOquartz basins of any of the two ranges ULIA and Sirene, to match the bathtub.
   • One (1) x BAGNODESIGN Shower (to include shower arm, rose, diverter mixer).  The Shower panel is excluded.
   • One (1) x BAGNODESIGN or Sirene Brassware bath mixer
   • Two (2) x BAGNODESIGN or Sirene Brassware basin mixers
   • BAGNODESIGN accessories matching the mixers including:
     • Robe hooks x 3
     • Towel rail x 1
     • Round towel rail x1
     • Soap Tray x 1
     • Toilet roll holder x 1
     • Hand Soap Dispenser x1 (manual).  No soap included
     • Mirror x 2
     • Toilet brush and holder x 1
     • Glass tumbler and holder x 1
   • Installation only of items on the list. Winners must allow for a 3-week installation and allow access to premises to the installation team from 07:00- 19:00 daily
   • The paintwork of the walls that are not tiled
   • The value of the prize is limited to R500 000.00

6. BAGNODESIGN products to be included in the prizes should only be from the following BAGNODESIGN ranges: Revolution, Toko, Koy, Princess Nouveau, Zephyr, M-line.
7. All Accessories and brassware finishes chosen for the final prize must be available in South Africa as per the BAGNODESIGN 2021 Collection South Africa catalogue.

9. Sending an e-mail is not proof that the participant’s entry has been received. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
10. Please note all risk and responsibility towards the prize will transfer to the participant/winner as soon as the prize is accepted in writing.  The winner will therefore be bound to any regulations imposed by South African Law.
11. By winning the prizes, the following warranties are included:
    • DADOquartz Lifetime Warranty for DADOquartz products (standard warranty)
    • 10 years warranty on mixers, and taps
    • 2 years warranty on coloured DADOquartz products
    • 1 year warranty on all finishes for BAGNODESIGN accessories
12. A valid entry will consist of a fully completed entry form including file submissions. Only online submission entries will be accepted.
13. The winner is selected by a panel of 5 judges judging on the following criteria:
    • Originality
    • Motivation/your story
    • Design
    • Creativity
    • Trendiness
14. The chosen date for the judging will be as follows:

Top 10: 01 – 13 September 2021

Overall competition winner: 17 – 27 September 2021

The winner announcement: 10 October 2021.

15. The Judges’ decision will be final, and the promoter will not correspond with anyone regarding the results. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final and binding.

17. The winner will be contacted telephonically after the Judges have made the final decision after the winner has been publicly announced.  Winners must provide the following documents to Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions after being notified of their win to accept their prize:
    • Winning letter, completed entry, a copy of a valid ID, full name, and surname as well as proof of residence.
    • The prize is non-transferrable. No substitution or assignment of the prize is permitted but the promoter of the competition reserves the right to substitute the prize with the prize of comparable value for any reason. The date of the installation cannot be longer than 3 (three) months from the announcement date.
    • If the winner does not respond or does not accept the prize in writing within 7 days from notification, a second round of judging will be taking place.
18. Winners are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date to enable prompt notification, should you be chosen as the winner.
19. The Winner’s name will immediately be posted on the www.dadoquartzquartzbathware.com website and social media platforms.
20. The marketing agency will contact the winner to arrange the delivery of the prize as soon as the winner has accepted the prize.
21. Prizes will be delivered to the physical address provided by the winner
22. Prizes can only be delivered to the winner and not a representative.
23. By entering the competition, you agree that you will receive marketing material from participating partners including DADOquartz and BAGNODESIGN.
24. The Competition may be terminated or extended at any time by the organisers.  In the event of such termination, all entrants agree to waive (give up) any rights they hold in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse of any kind against the organisers, their participating partners, or their promotional agents.
25. Your use of the Website and/or your customer profile is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use thereof. DADOquartz or Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions do not accept liability that may arise in connection with the uploading, reproduction, display, use, distribution, or sharing by a user of his/her customer profile.
26. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material.
27. The prize will not be transferable to another person but will be for the specific bathroom submitted.
28. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
29. Incorrectly completed or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
30. By entering the competition, participants and the winner indemnify the promoter (including the landlord and any of its agents) from any claims and/liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participating in the competition or use of a prize. This means that you will have no claim against the promoter.
31. All risk and liability pertaining to any prize transfers to the winner on signing over and receipt thereof. Winners hereby indemnify the promoter (including the landlord and any of its agents) against claims based on defective products rewarded as prizes.
