Terms and Conditions DADOquartz® Dream Bathroom Design Competition By participating in the DADOquartz® Dream Bathroom Design Competition participants agree to the terms and conditions below. The competition is offered by Future Classics (the Promoter) as the official USA Distributor of DADOquartz® bathtubs and basins. The competition is offered at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Promotor, and any decision made by the Promotor may not be contested. The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify a participant who does not comply with any of the terms and conditions of the competition according to the Promoter. 1. The competition starts at 00h00 on 09 April 2020 and ends at 12h00 on 4 July 2020. 2. The competition is open to everyone, except the following individuals- a) A director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to, the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, as well as a supplier of goods or services relating to the competition, or b) A spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person referred to in paragraph (a) 3. Entrance must comply to the following: a) Be a resident of the United States of America. b) Over the age of 18 years and a natural person. c) Agree that Future Classics, or any of it’s affiliates may publish the bathroom area with before and after photos as well as videos of the bathroom without revealing location or address of the winner. d) Agree to an online video interview which will be broadcasted on the DADOquartz® & Future Classics websites and social media platforms e) Only one entry per person allowed. f) Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted. 4. Entrants stand to win: a) One (1) x DADOquartz® bathtub from any of the two collections ULIA and Sirene. b) Two (2) x bath matching DADOquartz® basins c) BAGNO Design Floating Shelf of veneer wood / steel d) One (1) x Free Standing BAGNO Design Bath mixer. e) Two (2) x BAGNO Design Tall Basin Mixers. f) BAGNO Design accessories matching the mixers including: Three (3) x Robe hooks One (1) x Towel rail One (1) x Round towel rail One (1) x Soap Tray One (1) x Hand Soap Dispenser (manual) no soap included g) Drain system and waste h) Shipping of all items to the address provided in the entry form. Note that there will be an additional shipping charge for deliveries outside of the continental USA. i) NOTE – All installation, plumbing, remodeling or other related costs are excluded and the responsibility of the participant/winner. Sending an e-mail is not proof that the participant’s entry has been received. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. 7. Please note all risk and responsibility towards the prize will pass over to the participant/winner as soon as the prize is accepted in writing. The winner will therefore be also bound to any regulations imposed by law of the United States of America. 8. By winning the prizes the following warranties are included: a) DADOquartz® Lifetime Warranty for DADOquartz® products (standard warranty) b) No warranties offered on all other items. 9. A valid entry will consist of a fully completed entry form including file submissions. Only online submission entries be accepted. 10. The winner will be announced on or before May 30, 2020 12. The decision will be final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence. The participant agrees not to bring any legal action or claim of any kind against the Promotor in regard to this competition. 13. The winner will be contacted after the final decision. Winners must provide the following documents to the Promotor after being notified of their win to accept their prize: – Completed acceptance letter. – The prize is non transferrable. No substitution or assignment of the prize is permitted however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with the prize of comparable value for any reason. The date of the delivery cannot be longer than 9 months from announcement date. – If the winner does not accept the prize in writing within 7 days from notification, they will automatically be disqualified, and a second round of judging will take place. 15. The Winner’s name will immediately be posted on the www.DADOquartzbathware.com and https://fcbathrooms.com/ websites and social media platforms. 16. The Promotor will contact the winner to arrange the delivery of the prize as soon as the winner has accepted the prize. 17. Prizes will be delivered to the physical address provided in the competition application form. 18. Prizes can only be delivered to the winner and not a representative. 19. The entrant’s use of the website and/or customer profile is entirely at their own risk and they assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use thereof. The Promotor does not accept liability that may arise in connection with the uploading, reproduction, display, use, distribution or sharing by a user of his/her customer profile. 20. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material. 21. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. 22. All aspects of a prize must be taken together as a package. If for any reason the Winner does not (or is unable to) take their prize or an element of their prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, they forfeit their prize or that element of their prize and no compensation or substitute will be offered. 23. Prizes may not, without the prior written consent of the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter or the prize Supplier/s may, at their absolute discretion, withdraw the prize. Where a prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause, no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered and the Winner and any person who has purchased or otherwise bears that ticket will be refused entry. 24. By entering the competition participants indemnify the Promoter (including the landlord and any of its agents) from any claims and/liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participating in the competition or use of a prize. 25. All risk and liability pertaining to any prize passes to the winner on signing over and receipt thereof. Winners hereby indemnify the Promoter (including the landlord and any of its agents) against claims based on defective products rewarded as prizes. 26.
